Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lumin's Workshop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy ( Australia)

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days*. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

During weekend's where we are attending interstate conventions, orders may take more then 3 days to process. If this is the case, we will do our best to get your order out within 3 business days. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

•$10 Flat Rate shipping nationwide.
•Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $150
•Express Shipping calculated at checkout.

•All International Shipping costs are calculated at the Checkout.

All our parcels are shipped with AusPost. For international orders, once the parcel leaves Australia, it will be transferred to your national postal service.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed containing a link that will be updated with your tracking number(s). Please use this link to track your parcel.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lumin's Workshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lumin's Workshop will always do our best to pack your orders to minimise damage, and we will do our best to replace items lost or damaged in transit.

Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the depot, we can either reship it at the customer's expense or provide a refund minus the shipping cost.
