Custom Wig Heads & Head Scanning

Once you have placed your order, please contact us to book in a time for your scanning session.  We perform our scanning at our premises at 26 Randor St, Campbellfield, VIC, 3061. For off-site scans or bulk rates for many scans, please contact us!

Take the guesswork out of wig styling, or craft prosthetics with high accuracy and detail with our custom wig head creation service.  

Simply style/wig-cap your hair exactly as you would for wearing a wig. (Wig Cap provided)

We then use highly accurate and safe NIR scanning technology to scan your head form  exactly in a matter of minutes. Comfortable, no mess, no messy silicones or plaster. We then process your scan and professionally clean, sculpt, and refine it. resulting in a perfect 1:1 scale, high quality print-ready 3D model.

Finally, we print your head at 1:1 scale, from firm, rubberised TPU material for a fully custom, long-lasting, pinnable wig head, complete with a universal star-hole mount to prevent the head from slipping and turning on your stand.

Material Options Include:

95A Firm TPU: Our standard custom head. Composition tuned for optimal weight and durability. Durable, firm, but still pinnable. Glossy Surface Finish. Black or White in Colour. Approximately 600-700g.

Light-Weight Foamed TPU:  Approximately half the weight of TPU 95A, durable, but much easier to pin, with a beautiful, soft-feeling, lightly textured surface finish similar to EVA foam. 

PLA (Unpinnable): Rigid PLA plastic for an economical option for those wanting to use their head for prosthetics sculpting. 

What's Included?

Every scan includes a 1:1 digital reproduction of your head, ending at the base of the neck, exactly as you were at the time of scanning. 

Scan Only

This option provides a professionally refined, sculpted, and fully 3D-print-ready model. We meticulously process your raw scan, combing over the file to ensure flawless geometry while reconstructing and enhancing any soft or missing details.

Printed Head

This option provides both a full 3D-print-ready model and a functional
